1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon finely minced yellow onion, about 1/4 of a small onion
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic, about 3 cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice, adjust to taste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Chill for
at least 1-2 hours prior to serving. Keeps well in the refrigerator for
up to a week. Enjoy!
